Give Your Year a Voice

2026 is widely regarded as a threshold year, marked by significant astrological movements and a collective change in consciousness. This four-evening module invites you into attentive witnessing: of yourself, your thinking and one another. Drawing on practices from narration in African fiction films, storytelling and theatre, we will work with three female farmers’ voices and their reflections to shape lived experience into language. Together, we reflect, listen closely and give language to what has been changing, often quietly, within us, this past year. Witnessing steadies, grounds and reminds us that transformation is real and holy. The last evening, if you like, you can share your own text by the fire. Inspired by the witnessing of the three earlier weeks, we create space for compassion, belonging and a renewed understanding of what it means to be human in these transitional times.
